Lead Data Scientist - GenAI Location: Hyderabad (Onsite/Hybrid) Experience: 8+ years Only Immediate to 30 Days Notice Period will be preferable. About the Role: We are looking for a Project Lead - GenAI with strong expertise in AI, Machine Learning, and Generative AI to lead the development of innovative AI-driven solutions. In this role, you will drive the design, development, and deployment of LLMs, NLP models, and AI agents , ensuring they scale effectively within modern application architectures. If you are an experienced Python engineer with hands-on experience in AI/ML and MLOps , this is a great opportunity to lead impactful projects in a fast-paced environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead and oversee the development of Generative AI solutions from concept to deployment. Design and build scalable AI applications leveraging LLMs, NLP, and AI agents . Architect and optimize data pipelines for AI model training, tuning, and deployment. Implement MLOps best practices for streamlined model deployment and monitoring. Develop and integrate AI models within microservices and event-driven architectures . Stay ahead of the latest advancements in GenAI, AI frameworks, and model fine-tuning techniques . Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data engineers, ML scientists, and software developers . Drive best coding practices, performance optimization, and AI ethics considerations in AI model development. Must-Have Skills: 8+ years of experience in AI/ML, with a focus on GenAI and NLP. Strong Python engineering skills with experience in building scalable applications. Expertise in Transformers, LLMs, NLP, Machine Learning, and AI agents. Hands-on experience in data pipelines, model training & deployment, and MLOps. Experience working with modern application architectures (Microservices, Event-Driven Systems). Preferred Skills: Knowledge of FastAPI for high-performance API development. Experience with Snowflake for data storage and processing. Hands-on experience with PyTorch or TensorFlow for deep learning model development. Familiarity with LangChain & OpenAI APIs for integrating LLMs into applications. Strong communication & interpersonal skills to lead and collaborate effectively.
