Job Description

Job Purpose : Develop & execute digital strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and conversion across various channels. Achieve marketing objectives through applying digital media data and technology integrated with traditional channels and traditional marketing, and support development of CRM Key Responsibilities : Digital Brand/Marketing Strategy: Develop comprehensive digital brand/marketing and personalized campaigns in line with business objectives. Managing Customer Journey across various digital channels such as website, apps, digital platforms, social media, SEO, SEM, pay per click advertising and content marketing; and define compelling value proposition for each channel Performance Marketing : Strategize, execute and optimise performance marketing campaigns across entire customer journey map to achieve specified KPIs. Reporting progress and performance of all digital campaigns and assessing against ROI/KPIs Digital Platforms (Apps/Web/Omnichannel) performance : Develop and implement user acquisition and retention plans; Optimise app marketing campaigns across platforms to drive app installs; Optimize app data to improve rating on app stores. Market Intelligence & Data Management/Analytics : Monitoring competitor digital programs and marketing strategies to identify opportunities; Align overall marketing efforts with digital objectives; Keeping up to date with industry trends, changes in algorithms and best digital practices. Preferred Profile of the candidate MBA, preferably from premier Institute 10+ years of experience in marketing of B2B2C Product company. Should have the experience of independently leading the digital marketing process
