Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities: Serve as the technical lead for the support and enhancement of Microsoft Dynamics CRM internal system providing internal support for various stakeholders. Contribute to the strategic development of existing CRM applications. Lead the Design, development, modification, implementation, and support of software components. Determine root cause for the most complex software issues and develop practical, efficient, and permanent technical solutions Conduct user training, workshops and user administration. Oversee and lead workshops to capture business requirements and document specifications in the right format. Engage with business stakeholders at all levels, working with them to ensure implementations meet complex business needs. Work with project stakeholders and end users to align delivery and change management approaches. Mentor and guide other project development team members. Skill Set: 5+ years experience working on and developing MS Dynamics customization and configuration in Sales and Customer Service Experience leading CRM implementation projects Experience of working with at least five of the following technologies (SSIS, C# (plugins), JavaScript, SSRS, PowerApps, Power Automate, CRM SDK, PowerBI and FetchXML) skills in bold are required Experience of working in an agile environment and using MS Dev Ops Experience in other Dynamics 365 Modules (Customer Insights, Field Services (Desirable))
