Ensure Day to day unit HSE function Ensure safe work practices by assessing routine/semi routine/silent hour activities HIRA, job design, MMI.MCI and effective work permit implementation in defined scope Ensure HSE statutory compliance as per legatrix. HSE orientation to new employees, visitors Imparting safety training to CSM-A & B & conduct Quarterly CSM assessment Carry out incident investigation & suggest CAPA actions and solutions provider. Carry out Unit level safety committee meeting Ensure MOC/PHA for subtle process changes and solution provider Ensure healthiness & readiness of fire safety equipment Carry out quarterly unit level mock drill and unit assessment Prepare weekly, monthly safety report & safety MIS report. Ensure quarterly job work site safety compliance & safety MIS report and support on various occupational health & safety issue on health safety & environment. Handling environment legal compliance, entry in GPCB online portals Prepare MIS on monthly basis Verify bills enter into SAP (incineration, landfilling, co-processing & others) File maintenance & comply all the task timely in legatix Manage external audits
