Job Title: Lead Engineer – E-commerce Development Location: Jaipur, India (On-site preferred) Experience: 7+ years in web development, with a strong focus on e-commerce platforms Industry: E-commerce / Custom Print Solutions / B2B Platforms About the Role We are looking for a Lead Engineer to take full ownership of developing a next-generation e-commerce platform from the ground up. Based in our Jaipur office, you will define the technical roadmap, lead the end-to-end development process, and build a high-performing engineering team. Key Responsibilities: Platform Architecture & Development : Design and implement a scalable, high-performance platform tailored for custom e-commerce workflows. Technology Leadership : Choose the right tech stack, define coding standards, and drive engineering excellence. Team Building & Management : Hire, mentor, and lead a strong engineering team in Jaipur. Cross-Border Collaboration : Work closely with product, design, and leadership teams across geographies to align technology with business objectives. Desired Skills & Experience 7+ years of full-stack web development experience, with a strong focus on custom e-commerce platforms Proficiency in modern frameworks and languages such as React, Node.js, Python, or PHP Experience with product configurators, image personalization, and B2B ordering workflows Familiarity with headless commerce, custom CMS, and third-party API integrations Solid understanding of cloud infrastructure, version control systems, CI/CD pipelines , and performance optimization Proven experience leading development teams and managing complex digital projects from inception Strong communication skills with the ability to translate business goals into technical execution Must be based in Jaipur or willing to relocate.
