Role & responsibilities We are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager / Lead Engineer to lead our tech team, drive innovation, and optimize our product architecture. Currently, we lack a senior tech leader, impacting productivity & business growth. This role is crucial to bringing best practices in development, DevOps, and deployment while mentoring a high-performing tech team. Key Responsibilities: 1. Team Leadership & Development Mentor and manage a team of backend, frontend, and DevOps engineers . Conduct code reviews, training, and technical discussions to upskill the team. Foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability . 2. Technology & Architecture Lead development and deployment in Python (FastAPI), Vue.js/Nuxt, MySQL, and MongoDB . Optimize system architecture for scalability, performance, and security . Implement CI/CD pipelines, DevOps best practices, and monitoring tools . Maintain high code quality standards with effective testing and automation. 3. Product Development & Custom Integrations Develop and maintain custom integrations for enterprise clients. Ensure seamless API integrations with third-party systems. Collaborate with Product, Business, and Operations to deliver scalable solutions. Preferred candidate profile 7+ years of experience in software development and engineering leadership. Strong expertise in Python (FastAPI), Vue.js/Nuxt, MySQL, MongoDB . Proven experience in leading and mentoring development teams . Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments . Experience in custom integrations & scalable architectures . Strong problem-solving & technical decision-making skills. Prior experience in logistics, SaaS, or API-driven products is a plus.
