Role reports to: Sr Finance Manager, SC FP&A Location: Bangalore, India Travel %: Pay: (If compliant with country laws) What you will do The Lead Finance Analyst, SC FP&A is responsible for providing recommendations to business partners, analyzing financial reports, auditing the financial planning process, and presenting complex analysis to management: Key Responsibilities Lead the financial planning and analysis for Operations results of Regional Office, APSC, and other non-manufacturing entities Perform monthly and quarterly close activities of responsible entities related to CNIS Provide insightful variance analysis and key performance drivers, driving effective budget management and supporting decision-making Collaborate with business partners and various finance functions to provide accurate and timely financial analysis Collaborate with various Operations functions to consolidate, manage, analyze Globally led project OPEX and present findings and recommendations to regional SC leadership Lead regional consolidation and variance analysis of site spend and headcount reporting, driving process improvement and standardization Ensure compliance with all local government and company regulations, policies and procedures Qualifications What we are looking for Required Qualifications 6-8 years of experience in financial analysis or related field University/Bachelors Degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field Experience with financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams Desired Qualifications Strong knowledge of financial analysis techniques Excellent communication and presentation skills for complex analysis Experience with implementing new technologies to enhance financial efficiency What’s in it for you Competitive Benefit Package* Paid Company Holidays, Paid Vacation, Volunteer Time & More!
