We are seeking a proactive Lead Generation Associate to identify companies that are actively hiring through internet research, build targeted prospect lists, and support marketing collateral creation. This role is crucial in driving our client acquisition efforts and requires strong research skills and attention to detail. Key responsibilities: Conduct online research to identify companies with active hiring needs Build and maintain a database of potential clients (HR heads, hiring managers, etc.) Assist in preparing marketing content (emails, LinkedIn messages, outreach templates) Collaborate with the sales team to ensure lead quality and follow-up Track and report on lead generation metrics Requirements: Strong internet research and data mining skills Proficiency in LinkedIn, Google search, and Excel/Google Sheets Excellent written communication skills for outreach content Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setup Show more Show less
