Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Sales Lead with a proven track record in IT software sales to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and leading a high-performing sales team. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market penetration for legal tech solutions. Lead Generation & Business Development: Identify and engage potential clients, including law firms, corporate legal departments, legal service providers, and government entities. Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring long-term partnerships. Sales Forecasting & Reporting: Track sales metrics, analyze trends, and provide accurate revenue forecasts to senior management. Team Leadership: Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team, fostering a results-driven culture. Market Insights: Stay updated on legal tech trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, product, and customer success teams to align sales efforts with business goals. Negotiations & Deal Closure: Lead contract negotiations, pricing discussions, and closing high-value deals. Key Requirements: Experience: 10+ years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, or enterprise software. Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of legal industry workflows, challenges, and legal tech adoption trends. Sales Acumen: Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales strategies with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets. Networking Skills: Established a network within the legal sector, including law firms, and corporate legal departments. Communication & Negotiation: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with strong negotiation and persuasion abilities. Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM tools, sales automation, and digital lead generation strategies. Leadership: Experience in leading and managing sales teams, with a strong ability to motivate and mentor. Flexibility & Travel: Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
