Job Description

Job Description: We are urgently hiring for Lead Generation Executives for our UK campaign. As a Lead Generation Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential clients, generating qualified leads, and supporting the sales pipeline for the UK market. Work Timings • 5 days a week• 9-hour shift (UK Shift: 1:30 PM - 10:30 PM IST) • Candidates must arrange their own travel Note: (While we ensure a safe working environment during operational hours, the company will not be responsible for safety or any damages beyond these hours.) Key Responsibilities: • Conduct research to identify potential leads and prospects within the UK market. • Make outbound calls and send emails to establish contact and introduce company offerings. • Qualify leads based on specified criteria and transfer them to the sales team. • Maintain accurate records of lead interactions and status in the CRM system. • Achieve and exceed set lead generation targets. • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless communication and process execution. Required Skills & Qualifications: • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in lead generation, telesales, or sales (preferably for UK campaigns). • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities. • Freshers with strong english communication may also apply • Target-oriented and self-motivated to meet deadlines. • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office is an advantage. • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle rejection positively. Preferred Experience: • Knowledge of the UK market and business culture. • Previous experience in B2C sales or similar roles.
