Lead Generation Executive (2+ years)Seeking candidates from Kochi or ready to commute to Kochi. Job Location - Infopark, Kochi We are looking for a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to support our international business development efforts. The ideal candidate should have experience in generating high-quality leads through multiple channels, including LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing, and other lead generation platforms. Strong communication skills and the ability to work independently are essential for this role. Key Responsibilities:Identify and generate qualified leads for international markets using various platforms.Utilize LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email campaigns, and other lead generation tools to source potential clients.Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to engage prospects.Research and analyze target markets to build a strong prospect database.Maintain and update CRM or lead tracking tools with accurate data.Collaborate with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition from lead generation to conversion. Requirements:Proven experience in international lead generation (preferably in IT/tech services, consulting, or similar industries).Strong knowledge of LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email marketing tools (e.g., Mailchimp, HubSpot, or similar), and other prospecting tools.Excellent communication and written skills in English.Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and achieve lead generation targets.Familiarity with CRM software and lead tracking tools is a plus.
