This role demands excellent communication skills, resilience, and a results-driven mindset.Key Responsibilities:Proactively make outbound calls to potential clients to generate qualified leads for Intersmart's IT services.Engage decision-makers, identify their business needs, and present tailored service offerings.Effectively manage objections and provide clear solutions to client concerns.Identify and qualify leads before scheduling appointments with the Business Development team.Schedule and confirm appointments for the Business Development team, ensuring seamless communication between potential clients and the sales team.Conduct comprehensive market research to track industry trends, competitor activities, and client preferences.Identify potential leads through various channels such as LinkedIn, social media platforms, and industry directories.Utilize CRM tools to manage, organize, and track client interactions, follow-ups, and outcomes.Consistently meet or exceed lead generation and appointment-setting targets to support business growth.Essential Skills & Qualifications:Strong verbal communication skills with the ability to influence and persuade effectively.Active listening skills to understand client requirements and present relevant solutions.Proven ability to handle objections, resolve queries, and close conversations confidently.Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office for efficient data management.Resilience to handle rejection and maintain focus in a target-driven environment.Strong research skills to identify industry trends, key decision-makers, and client insights.Qualifications:Minimum qualification of a high school diploma or equivalent.Prior experience in telecalling, sales, or lead generation within the IT services industry is preferred.Familiarity with website development, digital marketing, or mobile app solutions is a plus.Why Join Us?
