Job description IMMEDIATE JOINER Job Summary: Seeking an Online Marketing Executive with 3-5 years of experience to drive lead generation, online engagement, and brand awareness through email marketing, LinkedIn marketing, and digital campaigns. Key Responsibilities: LinkedIn Marketing: Should have existing LinkedIn profiles & knows how to set up Email Marketing: Plan, create, and optimize email campaigns to engage prospects and convert leads. Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate high-quality leads through email marketing, LinkedIn campaigns, and other digital channels. Campaign Performance Analysis: Monitor, analyze, and optimize marketing campaigns to maximize ROI. Paid Marketing: Good to have if knows to run paid campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads) to enhance lead generation. Market Research: Conduct competitor analysis and industry research to stay ahead of trends. Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics. Ability to create and execute targeted marketing strategies. Knowledge of CRM and marketing automation tools is an advantage.
