The role involves identifying Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) and qualifying them using the BANT framework (Budget, Authority, Need, Timeline). The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, be proficient in Excel and reporting, and demonstrate strong work ethics and team collaboration. Key Responsibilities: • Conduct outbound telemarketing calls to prospects across USA, Europe, and India to identify and qualify MQLs using BANT criteria. • Engage with decision-makers (C-level & C-1 level) to understand their needs and position the company’s offerings accordingly. • Maintain accurate and updated records of lead interactions, status, and qualification parameters in CRM systems. • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to align lead generation efforts with campaign goals. • Generate, manage, and share detailed reports on daily/weekly/monthly lead generation performance using Excel/Google Sheets. • Track KPIs including number of calls made, conversations held, leads generated, and conversion rates. • Research target industries and build prospect lists based on campaign objectives. • Meet Daily Targets • Ensure compliance with data privacy laws such as GDPR, TCPA, and Do Not Call regulations. • Participate in regular team meetings, contribute to brainstorming sessions, and support collective team goals. Required Skills & Qualifications: • 1–3 years of experience in B2B telemarketing or lead generation roles. • Solid understanding of the BANT qualification framework and MQL concepts. • Exceptional spoken and written English communication skills. • Prior experience with international calling (especially USA & Europe). • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets – ability to create and manage lead and performance reports. • Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, or equivalent. • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to manage multiple tasks. • A team player with a positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a drive to achieve results. Good to Have: • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • Exposure to IT services, SaaS, or event-based lead generation campaigns. • Knowledge of data enrichment tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
