Lead Generation - Plant / Product Engineering Key Responsibilities: Ownership of Developing Leads / Client Pipelines from Europe and Nordics. Month-on-Month: Meeting / Call targets End-to-end responsibility for prospect development (Cold calling, LinkedIn, social media, Video-Discussions, referrals, etc.). Must have hands-on experience and proven successes in Lead Generation for Europe and Nordics Specific to IT Services / Digital Solutions and/or Staffing. MUST own up and deliver impressive client addition targets. The person will be given the opportunity to be developed/trained in Front-end sales for Europe and Nordics (direct Revenue Responsibility, International travel, Relationship Management, and Account Mining responsibilities over 2 to 4 years of successful Inside sales performance).
