Job Description

Position: Lead Generation Specialist  Night shift : 08.00PM to 05.00 AM Key Responsibilities: Collaborate with team members to execute sales and marketing campaigns, leading brainstorming sessions to execute marketing plans for internal and external projects Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Plan and manage campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and web analytics. Oversee the creation and curation of content aligned with brand identity. Manage company’s online presence, including website updates and social media channels. Collaborate with design and content teams to ensure consistent brand messaging. Monitor, analyze, and report performance metrics and optimize campaigns accordingly. Stay updated with digital trends and competitor activity to maintain a competitive edge. Ensure & post timely delivery of content like Blogs, Newsletter, Press releases, Case Studies, etc by coordinating with the content writer & graphic designer Help gather, analyze, and present the brand, and competitor insights, trends, and data  Skill Sets: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–6 years of hands-on experience in digital marketing. Strong expertise in branding and brand positioning . Excellent communication, analytical, and project management skills. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Hands-on experience developing campaigns and promotions Proven success in a fast-paced environment, working with a team and individually Exceptional presentation ability Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords, LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, Reddit, and Quora campaigns A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across-channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate, and motivate Preferred Skills (Bonus): Knowledge of content marketing, influencer collaboration, and performance marketing. Experience with tools like Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar for basic design tasks. B2B or B2C marketing experience in sectors like tech, retail, or lifestyle is a plus. Show more Show less
