Job Description - Lead Generation Specialist (2-4 Years Experience) Position Overview We are seeking a dynamic Sales and Lead Generation Specialist with 2-4 years of experience in IT services and staff augmentation sales. This role is responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing potential clients for our IT staffing and service solutions. Key Responsibilities Generate and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling, email outreach, and social selling techniques Research and identify potential client organizations requiring IT staffing and service solutions Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline by consistently engaging with prospects Understand client technical requirements and staffing needs to propose appropriate solutions Collaborate with recruitment teams to ensure proper talent matching for client requests Conduct initial discovery calls to understand client pain points and requirements Track sales activities and opportunities in CRM system Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly lead generation and sales targets Maintain detailed knowledge of competitive landscape and IT industry trends Qualifications 2-4 years of proven sales experience in IT services, staffing, or tech solutions Demonstrated track record in B2B lead generation and sales conversion Experience with sales prospecting tools and CRM systems (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) Understanding of IT roles, skills, and industry terminology Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong problem-solving abilities and consultative selling approach Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team Bachelor's degree preferred (Business, Marketing, or technical field is a plus) Required Skills Consultative selling techniques and relationship building Familiarity with IT industry terminology and staffing needs Proficiency in CRM systems and sales prospecting tools Excellent negotiation and objection handling abilities Time management and organizational skills Basic understanding of IT project lifecycles and resource requirements
