The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, qualifying, and nurturing leads to support the sales team in achieving revenue targets. This role is pivotal in ensuring a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects by employing a mix of strategies, tools, and tactics. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead Identification and Research: Utilize online platforms, databases, and other tools to identify potential leads. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, target audience behaviors, and competitor activities. Has knowledge and previous experience on conducting cold calls to gather leads and information. 2. Data Management: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of leads, prospects, and client interactions in the CRM system. Segment and prioritize leads based on predefined criteria. 3. Collaboration with Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified leads and ensure smooth transitions. Provide detailed information and insights about leads to support the sales teams efforts. 4. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze lead generation performance metrics. Prepare and present regular reports on lead conversion rates and campaign effectiveness. Should be willing to work with daily, monthly, and yearly targets for leads. Achieve daily KPIs set up by the reporting manager. 5. Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging trends in lead generation. Suggest and implement strategies to optimize lead generation processes. Qualifications and Skills: Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field. Proven experience in lead generation, sales, or marketing roles. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot) and lead generation tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and time-management abilities. Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
