Job Title: Lead Generation Executive Work Days: 5 Days Working (Monday to Friday) + 2 Additional Paid Leaves per Month Experience Required: 0 to 1 Year Qualification: Graduate or Undergraduate Location: Sector 63, Noida Salary: Up to ₹29,000 In-Hand Job Summary: We are hiring motivated and ambitious individuals for the position of Lead Generation Executive at our Noida (Sector 63) office. This is an excellent opportunity for freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience to build a solid foundation in sales and business development. Key Responsibilities: Identify and research potential clients through online platforms, databases, and social media. Perform outbound calls, emails, and chats to generate and qualify sales leads. Schedule meetings or demos for the sales team with prospective clients. Maintain and regularly update the lead database in the CRM. Collaborate with marketing teams to align lead generation activities with campaigns. Consistently achieve or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly lead generation targets. Share feedback and insights with team leaders to improve lead conversion rates. Stay informed about company products/services to confidently engage with potential clients. Represent the company professionally in all communications. Candidate Requirements: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal and persuasion abilities. Confidence in cold calling and client interactions. Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM tools (preferred). Eagerness to learn and grow in a fast-paced sales environment. Immediate joiners preferred.
