We are looking for a proactive and highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will focus on identifying and generating potential leads for the sales team to convert into customers. You will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by identifying opportunities and creating relationships with prospects. Key Responsibilities: Research & Identify Prospects: Use online tools, databases, and social platforms (eg, LinkedIn, CRM, industry events) to identify potential leads. Lead Qualification: Qualify leads based on criteria set by the sales or marketing team and ensure that only high-potential leads are passed to the sales team. Cold Calling & Outreach: Conduct cold calls, emails, and other outreach efforts to engage potential clients and introduce our products/services. Lead Nurturing: Develop and maintain relationships with leads through consistent follow-ups and personalized communication. CRM Management: Maintain an updated record of leads and their status in CRM tools (eg, Salesforce, HubSpot). Collaborate with Sales & Marketing Teams: Work closely with the sales and marketing departments to ensure a smooth transition of leads and provide feedback on lead quality.
