Job Description

Job Summary: We are looking for a proactive and driven Lead Generator who can identify and qualify new business opportunities across India. The role involves both online research and on-ground market exploration, aimed at generating qualified leads for the sales team to convert into long-term customers. Key Responsibilities: Identify potential customers using online platforms such as IndiaMART, LinkedIn, TradeIndia, Justdial, etc. Develop a structured database of leads with company profiles and contact information. Visit industrial zones, markets, exhibitions, and trade shows to identify clients. Travel to Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities to develop region-specific customer lists. Maintain lead records in CRM systems and provide weekly/monthly reports. Work with marketing and sales teams and provide feedback for product development. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Electrical Engineering, or related field. 1'3 years of experience in lead generation or business development. Strong online research skills and familiarity with platforms like IndiaMART and LinkedIn. Willingness to travel extensively (10'15 days/month). Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi; regional languages are a plus. Self-motivated and detail-oriented. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in B2B industrial sales or capacitor/electrical industry. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and CRM tools.
