5+ years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR compliance, and best practices. Experience with HRIS and other HR technologies. Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity. Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines Certification in HR (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP) is a plus. Experience working in a fast-paced and dynamic environment. Role and Responsibilities: Lead and manage HR operations team Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations. Oversee HRIS and maintain accurate employee records. Streamline and optimize HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience. Manage employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding, offboarding, and performance management. Provide data-driven insights and reports to support HR and business decisions. Collaborate with different teams to improve HR service delivery and implement best practices. Handle employee queries and ensure smooth communication between employees and HR. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to support organizational goals.
