Job Description

Existing Opportunity with one of our prestigious client into EPC division. Responsibilities : The Lead – Total Rewards & Engagement will be responsible for driving the company's Total Rewards strategy, ensuring competitive and equitable pay structures, and enhancing employee experience through effective rewards, engagement, and performance management initiatives. The incumbent will work independently and own key compensation processes, including the annual performance management system (PMS), increment cycle, and employee engagement initiatives. Performance Management System (PMS): • Drive the annual Performance Management cycle, ensuring objective goal-setting, mid-year reviews, and final evaluations. • Provide insights and analytics on performance data to support leadership decision-making. • Train and guide managers on performance assessment best practices and system functionalities. Compensation & Benefits: • Manage and execute the annual increment cycle, ensuring accurate and timely implementation. • Ensure smooth system execution of all compensation processes through SuccessFactors, ensuring data integrity and accuracy. • Design and implement benefits programs aligned with business objectives. Total Rewards & Market Benchmarking: • Participate in periodic market benchmarking exercises to ensure competitive pay positioning. • Evaluate and enhance benefits programs to align with industry trends and employee expectations. • Develop compensation frameworks that align with internal equity and external competitiveness. Employee Engagement & Surveys: • Lead the Employee Engagement Survey, ensuring smooth execution, data analysis, and action planning. • Work closely with leaders / managers to translate survey findings into actionable engagement strategies. • Conduct periodic dipstick surveys to measure
