The Lead HR Business Partner (HRBP) serves as a strategic advisor and consultant to senior leadership, aligning human resources strategies with business objectives. This role is pivotal in driving organizational effectiveness, fostering a high-performance culture, and implementing HR initiatives that support the company's growth and success. Role & responsibilities Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that align with organizational goals and drive business performance. Talent Management: Lead talent planning processes, including workforce planning, succession planning, and leadership development to ensure a robust talent pipeline. Performance Management: Oversee the performance management process, ensuring consistency, fairness, and alignment with organizational objectives. Change Management: Drive and support change management initiatives, fostering adaptability and resilience within the organization. BizLibrary Employee Relations: Act as a trusted advisor to management on employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with policies and legal requirements.Kosmos Energy HR Analytics: Utilize data and analytics to inform HR strategies, identify trends, and drive decision-making processes. Visier Policy Development: Develop and implement HR policies and procedures that promote a positive work environment and support organizational objectives. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of HR professionals, fostering professional growth and ensuring the delivery of high-quality HR services. Preferred candidate profile Qualifications: Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or HR certification (e.g., SHRM-SCP, SPHR) preferred. Experience: Minimum of 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a strategic HRBP role. Experience in leading HR teams and working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment is essential. Skills: Strong business acumen and strategic thinking. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Proficiency in HR analytics and data-driven decision-making. Demonstrated ability to lead change and drive organizational effectiveness. In-depth knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices. Preferred Competencies: Experience in both startup and established corporate environments. Global HR experience and cross-cultural competency. Proven track record in mentoring and developing HR professionals. Ability to navigate complex organizational structures and influence at all levels
