Lead I - Software Testing (Performance Test / Jmeter)

Job Description

Role Description Additional Comments: Performance Testing Design, implement, and execute performance tests (load, stress, scalability, endurance) using industry-standard tools (e.g., LoadRunner, JMeter, NeoLoad, etc.). Test Planning And Strategy Develop comprehensive performance test plans, including creating test cases, selecting appropriate test data, and defining performance benchmarks. Test Execution & Monitoring Execute performance tests and monitor system behavior under simulated load conditions. Identify and document performance issues and bottlenecks. Root Cause Analysis Analyze performance test results, identify root causes of performance issues, and provide actionable recommendations to improve system performance. Collaboration Work closely with development teams, system architects, and other stakeholders to ensure performance issues are understood and addressed early in the development lifecycle. Reporting And Documentation Prepare clear and concise test reports, including metrics, findings, and recommendations. Present test results to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Tool Development And Customization Develop and customize performance testing scripts or tools as needed to meet specific testing requirements. Continuous Improvement Stay current with performance testing trends, tools, and best practices. Propose and implement improvements to testing processes and tools.
