About the Role: We are seeking a highly motivated professional to scale Plum s insurance partnerships function. As a Lead Program Manager, you will act as a bridge between internal teams and external partners, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities: Tech Integration: Lead and oversee the integration of insurer systems with Plum s platforms, focusing on seamless API integration and data exchange. Collaborate closely with tech and product teams to ensure smooth implementation and troubleshooting. Identify opportunities to enhance existing integrations and leverage technology to optimize partnership outcomes. Strategic Support: Assist leadership with strategic planning, decision-making, and project management. Develop strategies to enhance tech-driven collaboration and efficiency. Facilitate communication between partnerships, tech teams, and external stakeholders to ensure alignment. Act as the primary point of contact for tech integration initiatives with insurers. Problem Solving: Identify and address challenges related to sales, onboarding, servicing, account management, and tech integration. Project and Program Management: Create and implement program plans and schedules. Allocate resources and manage the workforce efficiently. Identify and mitigate potential risks and challenges related to tech integration and other business programs Coordinate with insurers and oversee end-to-end program execution. Monitor progress and ensure strategic alignment. Data Analysis and Reporting: Gather and analyze performance data to measure program success and partnership impact. Generate insightful reports to support data-driven decision-making. Representation: Attend insurer meetings and represent Plum s interests and technical priorities. Qualifications: 3-6 years of experience (mandatory insurance industry background). Proven experience with API integrations and tech implementation in the insurance domain. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in project management methodologies.
