Headquartered in Bangalore, we have 80 branches across Karnataka, Gujarat, Maharashtra, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, Tamil Nadu, and UT Puducherry with more than 1000 employees. https://kinaracapital.com/ Job Title: Lead IT Infra Engineer Department : Systems Team: IT Infrastructure Purpose of Job: Team Lead IT Infrastructure Job Responsibilities: • Lead IT Infrastructure operations and related projects • Maintain uptime of all Infrastructure components • Manage a team of Infrastructure engineers & aligned vendors • Ensure vendor SLAs & services as per the contract expectations • Act as a subject matter expert for all Infra tools & technologies • Prepare and disseminate relevant reports to multiple stakeholders • Manage budgets, IT procurements, payments & AMCs • Ensure appropriate actions and resolutions for Infrastructure tickets • IT asset management & SLA management • Identify improvement opportunities, create processes and adhere to policies • Coordinate & Manage Daily, Weekly, Monthly & Quarterly meetings with engineers & vendors • Face audits, recommend and lead the audit resolutions • Identify opportunities & work on cost optimizations • Ensure Information security standards are followed & manage compliance for IT Infrastructure & services • Closely work with Cloud Operations & Information Security team • Performance evaluations for the team & vendors • Create POAs, project plans and lead the IT Infrastructure projects & new solutions implementations • Ensure proper documentation and SOPs for all processes • Hold & remain accountable for HO & branch IT Infrastructure components & services Qualifications: Education: Engineering Graduate Work Experience: 6-12 years Other Requirements: • Keen interest in learning technology • A great team player and should be able to work across multiple groups / teams. • Should be able to work in a demanding environment • Strong written and oral communication and interpersonal skills • Must have a go-getter attitude • High social responsibility & Integrity • Compliance to policies, rules and regulations • Belief in Teamwork & Effective leadership Skills & Competencies Skills Technical Skills • Networking- Firewalls, Routers, Switches, VLAN, ACLs, Subnets, VPN, SDWAN, Access Controllers • Endpoint Management & Mobile Device Management- Controls, Policies, Rules, Patch Management, Jobs • Operating System controls (Windows, Linux & MAC) • Emails- Google Workspace Administration, Office 365 Administration • Tools Expertise- UEM, MDM, EDR, Antivirus, DLP, Email Gateway, SDWAN, ESSL/ Biometric Access Control, CCTV, Audio Video • Process- Incident, Problem & Change Management Soft Skill • Good Analytical and problem-solving skills • Design thinking skills • Experience in delivering technology solutions to business. • Knowledge of the financial services domain will be an added advantage. • Should be a strong team manager and team player with a winning attitude • Ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for effective delivery of the projects assigned • Analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong verbal and written communicator, able to speak with the business • stakeholders and understand the requirements • Well organized and consistently delivers on commitments • Knowledge on the Project Management • Vendor Management Competencies • ITIL, CCNA, CCNP, PMP Place of work: Head office, Bangalore.
