Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, development, and deployment of Java-based applications. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements. Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions using Spring Boot and Core Java . Conduct code reviews, mentor junior team members, and ensure best coding practices. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues across the development lifecycle. Coordinate with DevOps, QA, and other teams for smooth project execution. Preferred candidate profile Strong hands-on experience in Core Java Deep expertise in Spring Boot , including REST APIs, Spring Data, and Security Experience with relational databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.) Good understanding of design patterns, OOP principles, and microservices architecture Experience in leading development teams and agile delivery practices Good to Have: Working knowledge of JSP Exposure to front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes)
