Lead- Joint Ventures (Night Shifts)

Job Description

Role & responsibilities Prepare Balance Sheet reconciliations covering Investment, Joint Ventures, Master Trust Debt and related account. Closely monitor and resolve all aged open items and make sure balance is properly supported Extract, modify and analyze monthly reports as required and resolve queries and complex Perform Investment, Joint Ventures & Master Trust Debt related audit deliverables during audit. Active participation in performing the monthly, quarterly and annual closing process related to Investment, Joint Ventures & Master Trust Debt . Working on Investment valuation on investment in Joint Ventures, booking of impairment, reversal of impairment. Ensure accurate accounting for investments like stocks, bonds & other financial instrument for purchase, sale & transfer. Accounting for interest income, Dividend, other charges. Experience and understanding of ASC 860 Financial instruments would be a plus. Requirement: Preferably CMA / MBA / M.com / Semi qualified with 5 experience in Investment, Joint Ventures & Master Trust Debt accounting Experience in working with global stakeholders .
