Company Overview We are a dynamic marketplace platform seeking a creative and detail-oriented Photographer to join our internal team, responsible for capturing high-quality visual content across multiple brands and product categories. Job Location Gurgaon, Haryana Job Type Full-time, In-house Key Responsibilities Conceptualize and execute professional photoshoots for model, lifestyle, and product photography Coordinate and manage end-to-end photoshoot processes for multiple brands Develop creative visual narratives that align with brand guidelines and marketplace aesthetics Conduct studio and on-location shoots with precision and artistic vision Manage lighting, styling, and composition to create compelling visual content Work closely with brand managers, marketing teams, and creative directors Edit and retouch images to ensure highest quality standards Maintain organized digital asset management and timely delivery of shoot materials Develop and maintain a consistent visual language across different brand portfolios Technical Skills Proficiency in professional photography equipment Advanced knowledge of studio lighting techniques Expert-level skills in Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, and image editing software Understanding of color correction and post-production techniques Ability to work with various camera systems and lighting setups Equipment Requirements Professional DSLR/Mirrorless camera bodies Multiple lens types (wide-angle, macro, portrait) Professional lighting equipment Portable studio setup capabilities High-performance editing workstation Qualifications Bachelors degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or related field 3-5 years of professional photography experience in e-commerce, fashion, or lifestyle sectors Strong portfolio demonstrating versatility across product, model, and lifestyle photography Excellent understanding of marketplace visual content requirements Exceptional communication and project management skills Soft Skills Creative problem-solving abilities Ability to work under tight deadlines Collaborative team player Adaptable to rapidly changing brand requirements Strong attention to detail Excellent interpersonal and communication skills How to Apply Interested candidates should submit: Comprehensive portfolio Detailed resume Cover letter explaining creative approach Link to online portfolio or professional website Application Process 1.
