Role & responsibilities Maintenance of compressors, weighing scales, sealing m/c, stitching m/c, domino printing/c. Verifying records of calibration, inspection & test equipment Monitoring & provide support for drying operation during seasons. Checking of CNG/LPG gas consumption & receipt status daily at cob dryers & gas indents. Planning of Preventive maintenance processing equipment (2TPH, 4TPH, 5TPH, 20TPH and Offline packing machines) Gasifier and Dryer Planning of Annual maintenance for critical OEM equipment. Monitoring of spares inventory & R&M budget. Monitoring of utility consumption (LPG, POWER & DIESEL) Reduce dust and seed spillage in processing & packing lines. Supporting other plant FFS operation & maintenance. Attend the plant modification works. Supporting for the capex project. Minimize the plant maintenance cost. Reduce the breakdowns. Calculate cost per kg on daily basis on the Utility consumption. Calculate the cost per kg monthly basis on the R&M expenditures. Preferred candidate profile Perks and benefits
