Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled Network Consultant with expertise in network architecture design. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in coordinating with OEMs and vendors while ensuring seamless implementation of network solutions. Skill / Qualifications Bachelor degree in a related field. 5+ years of experience with network design, SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, data centers, and security architecture. Proficiency in Cisco and Aruba networking technologies. Strong understanding of network protocols, BGP, OSPF, MPLS, VXLAN, QoS, and network automation. Hands-on experience with network monitoring tools, troubleshooting, and performance optimization. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills. Strong leadership and stakeholder management abilities. Effective communication and documentation skills. Certification Required Cisco Certified Design Expert (CCDE) (Preferred) Aruba Certified Design Expert (ACDX) CCNP/CCIE (Cisco SD-WAN) Aruba Certified Network Expert (ACNX) Job Responsibilities Network Architecture & Design: Develop and implement scalable, high-performance network architectures based on business and technical requirements. Design and optimize SD-WAN, LAN, WLAN, and data center networks with best practices. Ensure compliance with industry standards and security policies. Change Management & Multi-Vendor Integration: Lead network change management processes to ensure minimal disruptions. Integrate and optimize multi-vendor networking solutions across various platforms (Cisco, Aruba, etc.). Conduct impact analysis and risk assessments before implementing network changes. Site Survey & BOM Validation: Conduct site surveys and analyze network requirements for new deployments. Validate Bill of Materials (BOM) for network infrastructure projects. Ensure cost-effective and efficient resource allocation for network deployments. OEM/Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with OEMs and vendors to evaluate and procure networking solutions. Manage vendor relationships to ensure SLAs and service commitments are met. Troubleshoot and resolve vendor-related technical challenges. ITIL Framework & Network Operations: Apply ITIL best practices to streamline incident, problem, and change management processes. Ensure network uptime, reliability, and performance through proactive monitoring and maintenance. Provide technical leadership in escalations and root cause analysis of network issues.
