Job Title: Lead Network Engineer Location: Bengaluru We are seeking a Lead Network Engineer with 10–15 years of experience in network engineering and wireless communications within industrial environments. This role focuses on designing, deploying, and maintaining advanced network infrastructure and RF solutions that support business and industrial operations. Key Responsibilities: Design and implement business and industrial network and RF solutions. Develop network hardware standards and infrastructure designs. Support RF IP transport systems (PTP/PTMP – Cambium, Aviat). Lead tier-3 support, change management, and disaster recovery planning. Collaborate across teams to deliver secure, scalable, and cost-effective solutions. Contribute to automation, monitoring, and lifecycle processes. Required Skills: 10–15 years of experience in network engineering and wireless communications CCNP/CCIE certification. Expertise in IP transport, RF technologies, LTE/5G, VPN, VSAT/LEO. Experience with Aruba/Cisco Wireless, Wired LAN, NAC (Cisco ISE/Aruba ClearPass). Firewall experience with Palo Alto and Panorama. Show more Show less
