Vibgyor Roots Rise is looking for LEAD - OFFLINE MARKETING to join our dynamic team and embark on a rewarding career journey you will be responsible for planning and executing marketing strategies that primarily focus on traditional, non-digital channels Your role will involve creating and implementing offline campaigns to enhance brand visibility, attract customers, and achieve business goals Key Responsibilities:Campaign Planning and Execution:Develop and implement offline marketing campaigns, including print media, radio, TV, and direct mail Coordinate with creative teams for the design and production of marketing materials Event Management:Plan and execute offline events, trade shows, and exhibitions to promote the brand Coordinate logistics, sponsorships, and ensure a positive event experience Print Collateral:Manage the creation of print materials such as brochures, flyers, and posters Liaise with printers and suppliers to ensure high-quality production Media Relations:Build and maintain relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers Prepare and distribute press releases and engage in media outreach Partnerships and Sponsorships:Identify and pursue partnership opportunities with relevant organizations Manage sponsorships and collaborations to enhance brand visibility Market Research:Conduct market research to identify offline marketing trends and competitor activities Use insights to refine and optimize offline marketing strategies Budget Management:Develop and manage budgets for offline marketing campaigns Monitor expenses and ensure cost-effectiveness Performance Analysis:Track and analyze the performance of offline marketing campaigns Provide regular reports and insights to measure effectiveness
