Role Purpose We are hiring for the role of Lead, Sales Coordinator. This is an Individual Contributor role reporting into the Manager Digital Sales. In your role, you'll be instrumental in advancing our mission by leading and motivating the sales team, optimizing processes, driving automation, and resolving daily challenges. You'll ensure target achievement, analyze performance data, and collaborate cross-functionally to enhance efficiency, alignment, and continuous improvement across sales operations. The responsibilities we entrust you with Supervise and lead a team of sales agents providing them timely guidance, coaching and motivating to achieve monthly assigned targets Work with team to understand and resolve day to day operational queries and challenges. Maintain process hygiene and suggest the further improvement parameters. Work towards the process automation with no loop for manual errors Study daily marketing/lead reports and work towards the optimization Implement product and sales strategy within the team and other stake holders. Tracking and analyzing sales performance data to identify areas of improvement, creating reports to stakeholders, and making data-driven decisions. Working closely with other departments, such as field sales, Tech, marketing and product development, to ensure aligned goals and effective communication. Agent's call audits along with feedback sharing sessions, and briefings for the daily ta rget guidance (frequent activity) What matters in this role Relevant work experience: 2-3 years of experience in handling offrolle employees or sales team Qualification: Graduate What we value in our people: You take the Shot: You decide fast and deliver right.
