The role involves collaborating with sales to understand client requirements, demonstrate value of solutions, and ensure seamless pre-sales process. Primarily engaging with clients in North America. Key Responsibilities Client Engagement Assist sales team in understanding client needs and requirements Respond to queries and address client concerns Product Demonstrations Deliver compelling demos tailored to client use cases Highlight features, benefits, and ROI of LeadSquared platform Solution Designing Map client requirements to product features and functionalities Provide consultative solutions to meet business objectives Proposal Support Collaborate on proposals, RFPs, RFIs with sales team Draft technical and business documentation as needed Internal Collaboration Liaise with Product and Implementation teams to address client needs Share feedback on customer pain points to improve product and services Market Research Stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings Use insights to refine sales pitches and demos Administrative Tasks Maintain accurate records in CRM system Provide regular reports on pre-sales activities and outcomes Skills and Qualifications 5-8 years experience in pre-sales, sales, or customer-facing role, preferably in SaaS or technology Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or related field Familiarity with CRM, marketing automation, or sales software; knowledge of LeadSquared is a plus Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, neutral or US accent preferred Strong analytical skills to analyze client requirements and craft tailored solutions Strong organizational skills to manage multiple priorities effectively in US time zone Customer focus with empathy and strong commitment to client value What to Expect Competitive salary and commission structure Opportunities for career growth and professional development Collaborative and dynamic work environment Recognition and rewards for meeting or exceeding sales targets Be part of the most important phase of company's growth trajectory in US
