Key Responsibilities Tech Management & Oversight Manage and oversee all technology-related operations across the organization. Ensure smooth functionality of tech platforms, tools, and systems. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and address technology needs. System Enhancement & Innovation Drive the enhancement and optimization of existing systems, tools, and workflows. Identify and implement innovative solutions to improve business processes and efficiency. Stay updated with emerging technologies and recommend relevant adoptions. Unicommerce Management Take ownership of the Unicommerce platform and ensure seamless integration with other systems. Troubleshoot issues and ensure 100% operational efficiency of order management and inventory systems. Train team members and ensure adherence to best practices. Streamlining Overall Technology Conduct regular audits of all tech systems to identify inefficiencies and implement corrective actions. Standardize processes and establish frameworks for seamless tech operations. Ensure robust documentation of all tech processes. Scalability Preparedness Build and maintain scalable systems to support business growth and expansion. Plan and implement strategies to future-proof the organizations tech stack. Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to optimize scalability. Key Skills & Competencies Strong expertise in managing technology platforms and integrations. Proficient in using and managing Unicommerce or similar systems. Strategic thinker with a problem-solving mindset. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proactive, innovative, and prepared for growth-driven challenges. Qualifications & Experience Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field (Masters degree preferred). Minimum 5 years of experience in tech management or similar roles. Hands-on experience with Unicommerce and tech tools relevant to D2C businesses. Experience in scaling up tech systems for growing organizations is a must. Experience in AI would be an added advantage
