Lead - Project Analyst & Cordinator (Job code -2024-25/N/29)

Job Description

We are seeking a Lead Engineer for leading a team of Project Analyst Coordinator. Lead Engineer should have a Mechanical Engineer/ Project Management certification background for implementation of PM processes and analyzing project health. The role key responsibilities will be as follows. Monitor, groom, manage and lead a team of project analysts and coordinators for: Project Performance Analysis Implement monitor project management practices Maintain, update project management tool and impart Training as per requirement Track, forecast and report on project progress including metrics and any deviations/gaps Organize retrospectives to improve processes and methods within technical teams Responsible for preparing and maintaining management dashboards Deploy project management tools to ensure projects are scoped and delivered on time by applying best practices around project management methodologies Arrange project / review meetings. Experience on following software would be preferable: Microsoft Projects Microsoft Excel (Advance formulas and VB codes) Power BI Microsoft PowerPoint Qualification: ME/BE (any specialization) Master /Diploma/ Technical or Project Management Certification Desired profile of the candidate Proficient in using project management tools, excel spreadsheet Must have good research and presentation skills along with strong analytical and problem-solving skills Job Location: Mumbai (Thane)
