Job Description

We are looking for a QA Lead with expertise in manual testing and UI automation using Selenium . The ideal candidate should have experience leading a QA team, ensuring high-quality software delivery, and implementing best testing practices. API automation testing is optional but preferable. Key Responsibilities: Lead and mentor the QA team, providing guidance on testing strategies and best practices. Develop and execute manual test cases to ensure software quality. Design, develop, and maintain UI automation test scripts using Selenium WebDriver . (Preferred) Perform API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured Collaborate with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure test coverage. Identify, document, and track defects, ensuring timely resolution. Establish and enforce QA processes, including test planning, execution, and reporting. Continuously improve test automation frameworks. Required Skills Experience: 4-6 years of experience in software testing, including leading QA teams. Strong knowledge of manual testing methodologies and test case design . Proficiency in Selenium WebDriver for UI automation. Familiarity with test management tools like JIRA Good communication and leadership abilities.
