Lead QA : Enterprise Applications & Insights

Job Description

You will be responsible for cross-functional work across the globe, delivering critical solutions and services to Nasdaq s finance processes and operations. You will be responsible for essential Quality Assurance activities and internal customer interaction, building strong relations and trust with key business and technology stakeholders. In this role, you will have the opportunity to work in a strong experienced team delivering complex technology solutions worldwide. You will work with and learn from subject matter experts, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility and progress within the Project Management team. Besides working closely with your colleagues in Bangalore, you will also work closely with Nasdaq teams in other countries. Furthermore, you will: Design, develop, and execute testing suites for Nasdaq s array of Finance modules across Workday, OneStream and other ERP platforms. Evaluate, recommend, and introduce testing automation tools to facilitate testing processes. Develop a framework for performance testing and monitoring for the Corporate Finance suite of platforms. Proactively identify and recommend solutions for problems or issues identified in the configuration of the ERP platforms. Develop and provide executive-level QA metrics for the Corporate Finance suite of platforms. We expect you to have: At least 10-12 years of experience in QA Automation for Workday Financials and other ERP platforms, with an emphasis on accounting systems. Knowledge of finance organization processes, including Billing, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, GL accounting, Consolidations, and Planning & Forecasting Experience working in multinational, multi-geographic companies and organizations Education Qualification : Bachelor/Master in computer science or other engineering fields. CQSA, CMSQ, ISTQB, or equivalent certification Knowledge of Workday s Finance modules, Workday Extend, and Workday Studio Experience with QA tools such as Playwright and Selenium Hyperion or OneStream experience
