Lead SAP S/4HANA ABAP Consultant

Job Description

Key Responsibilities: Lead SAP S/4HANA ABAP development efforts, including WRICEFs (Reports, Interfaces, Enhancements, Forms, Conversions). Ensure code quality, technical design reviews, and adherence to SAP S/4HANA best practices. Oversee deliverables from partner/vendor development teams. Work with SAP BTP, RAP, CAP, OData, CDS, Fiori/UI5, BRF+, and more. Support S/4HANA upgrades and contribute to performance optimization. Provide technical governance and review functional specs for alignment. Requirements: BE/BTech/MCA with 812 years of SAP ABAP/S/4HANA experience. Strong expertise in SAP Development lifecycle and technical architecture. Experience in multinational environments and cross-functional teams. Proven ability to lead and review technical work across distributed teams.
