System Configuration and Customization: Configure and customize SAP S/4 HANA modules related to supply chain - MM, PP, EWM. Demand and Supply Planning: Design and implement demand planning, production planning, and scheduling, LTP, MRP processes. Monitor and manage supply plans, ensuring alignment with global demand requirements. Data Management and Analysis: Systematically review SAP data and integrate with other applications Develop scenario-based analyses to evaluate options and create contingency plans. Design BI dashboards based on business needs and work with developer to deliver BI reports System Support and Troubleshooting: Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for SAP planning solutions. Address system alerts and collaborate with production planners to resolve issues. Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery. Communicate status and recovery plans to business partners. Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience in SAP ECC and S/4HANA implementation. Hands-on experience with SAP MM, PP, EWM modules. Hand-on expeirence of APO, IBP is added advantage Certifications: Relevant SAP certifications, such as SAP Certified Application Associate - SAP MM or PP or EWM Technical Skills: Proficiency in SAP modules, SQL, and data migration. Strong understanding of business processes and supply chain management. Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. Effective communication and collaboration abilities. These qualifications and responsibilities ensure that the candidate can effectively manage and optimize SAP planning processes within an organization.
