Job Description

Primary Responsibilities Account management: Provisioning / De-Provisioning of Cloud accounts (AWS/Azure/GCP) and SaaS tools (Datadog/Sumologic/Newrelic/MongoDB Atlas) IAM: Provisioning / De-Provisioning user access across tools Audits: Conduct user access review for the ISO/SOC2 audits Develop, implement, and maintain identity and access management solutions and systems. Troubleshoot, identify, and resolve technical identity and access management related issues. Improve identity and access management solutions and systems for protection against evolving threats and efficiency. Coach other members of the team / Org on the best practices that should be followed in identity and access management. Stay up-to-date on current IAM threats and industry solutions. Enforcing security policies and procedures related to identity and access management. Help with automating the account management and IAM process. Desired Skills & Experience Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field Six or more years of experience in IT or application development Four or more years of experience with Azure/AWS, including Azure/AWS Security Certification. Exposure to GCP is a bonus Experience with basic DevOps role and/or IAM, on Azure/AWS/GCP Configuration management tool like Terraform & AWS SSM / CFT Scripting languages: Python, Bash or Powershell Familiarity with multiple operating systems (Linux, Windows, etc.) Strong understanding of directory services (LDAP, Active Directory, etc.) In-depth knowledge of security protocols (SSH, TLS, etc.) Experience with IAM tools (Okta, Ping Identity, etc.) Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Detail-oriented and able to work independently. Flexible and able to adapt to changing needs. Team player with a positive attitude.
