Lead Software Engineer (Full Stack) Position Overview: As a Lead Full Stack Software Engineer, you will enhance the CPQ or Pricepoint platform by delivering new features, maintaining existing functionality, and extending automated testing capabilities. The role requires working efficiently in a fast-paced Agile environment. Key Responsibilities: Lead the design and implementation of new product features to enhance platform functionality. Oversee refactoring and improvement of existing platform code for optimal performance. Emphasize a solid background in unit test development and automation, with the expectation that these practices are integrated into daily work activities to ensure code quality. Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards to maintain high-quality deliverables. Mentor and support less experienced software engineers, promoting a collaborative and innovative team culture. Required Skills and Qualifications: Proven experience with Microsoft .Net technologies (ASP.NET, C#). Proven experience with MS SQL Server. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Customer-focused approach with a willingness to adapt and learn new technologies. Ability to work collaboratively in a diverse team environment. Preferred Skills and Education: Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Azure, and IIS. Experience in front-end technologies, specifically React and JavaScript, or a strong willingness to learn. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Professional certifications in Microsoft technologies are advantageous. Experience: A minimum of 7 years of hands-on software engineering experience, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
