Job Description

Role & responsibilities 1. Reach out to leads obtained from different platforms via phone calls, emails, and messages, effectively communicating the value proposition of our products/services. 2. Assess the interest level and suitability of leads by asking relevant questions and gathering necessary information to determine their potential as sales opportunities. 3. Evaluate leads and assign them to the appropriate sales personnel based on criteria such as geographic location, industry, and product interest, ensuring alignment with the sales team's expertise and capacity.. 4. Maintain regular communication with the sales team to receive updates on leads assigned to them and ensure their progression through the sales pipeline. 5. Record all interactions and ensure that the sales team updates are accurate in the CRM system, ensuring that lead information is up to date. 6. Collaborate closely with the sales team to facilitate smooth handoff of qualified leads, provide relevant background information, and offer ongoing support as needed. 7. Generate reports on lead calling activities, lead qualification outcomes, and lead assignment status to track progress and optimize performance. 8. Ensure the sales team consistently updates lead statuses and uploads necessary documents (e.g., invoices, channel partner details) in the CRM when the lead is won. 9. Follow up with the sales team and confirm the lead won through direct customer verification. 10. Maintain accurate records and prepare regular analytics to evaluate lead source effectiveness and platform performance. Preferred candidate profile Women candidates are preferred.
