You will be the storytelling force behind the company’s technological evolution, ensuring strategic coherence in every message—from investor decks and media releases to employer branding and CEO keynotes. ⸻ Key Responsibilities: Strategic Positioning & Thought Leadership • Develop and refine the corporate narrative to reflect the company’s dual identity as a rail EPC player and a deep-tech product innovator. • Craft vision-driven communication materials for the CEO, including speeches, investor pitches, keynote addresses, and innovation showcases. • Work closely with product, engineering, and R&D teams to translate complex technologies into accessible and inspiring communication. Corporate Communications & Media Strategy • Build and manage a strategic communication plan aligned with business transformation, market positioning, and technological milestones. • Liaise with media outlets, industry bodies, and communication partners to position the company as a thought leader in infrastructure-tech. • Handle press releases, public statements, white papers, and crisis communication with precision and consistency. Investor Relations & Stakeholder Management • Create high-quality investor presentations, annual reports, and ESG narratives that convey technological differentiation and business value. • Support investor meetings, analyst interactions, and funding communications with compelling, data-backed narratives. • Align with finance and legal teams to ensure compliance, transparency, and storytelling consistency in disclosures. Employer Branding & Talent Engagement • Design employer branding campaigns that reflect the company’s culture of innovation, mission-driven engineering, and national impact. • Partner with HR and technical leadership to promote the company as a destination for engineering talent, tech innovators, and domain experts. • Curate internal leadership communication and employee engagement programs aligned with transformation goals. Digital Content & Multimedia Strategy • Manage the digital persona of the CEO and company brand across LinkedIn, industry platforms, and digital media. • Develop content pipelines including videos, blogs, infographics, and newsletters that amplify product breakthroughs, project wins, and strategic intent. • Track engagement metrics and evolve strategies to drive audience trust and ecosystem influence. Presentation Excellence & Special Initiatives • Own the design and delivery of board presentations, investor decks, product launch narratives, and strategic collaborations. • Conduct strategic research, prepare briefing notes, and coordinate leadership messaging across internal and external forums. • Act as a communication architect in key cross-functional initiatives—joint ventures, partnerships, product rollouts, and public-sector engagements. ⸻ Candidate Profile: • Experience: 8–15 years in corporate strategy, communication, or investor relations in infrastructure, industrial tech, or deep-tech domains. Experience in EPC + product-based environments or CEO’s office/startup leadership roles is strongly preferred. • Education: MBA / PG in Communications, Public Policy, or Strategic Management. Exposure to engineering, industrial technology, or public infrastructure is a plus. • Capabilities: • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills • Visual storytelling excellence (PowerPoint, Adobe, Canva, etc.) • Understanding of infrastructure policy, signaling technology, and capital project narratives • Stakeholder management: from media and talent to government and investors • Entrepreneurial mindset, discretion, and a passion for national-scale impact through innovation ⸻ Why This Role Matters: You will be shaping the identity of a company rewriting the future of rail safety and infrastructure through indigenous, tech-driven solutions. This is an opportunity to influence policy, attract capital, energize teams, and build trust across ecosystems—all while working closely with the CEO and driving communication at the intersection of engineering, innovation, and impact.
