Lead and Empower: Manage a high-performing team of planning analysts, fostering their growth through mentorship, goal setting, and career development. Strategic Analytics: Develop and execute impactful analytics dashboards and applications, providing critical insights for inventory, supply, and demand planning. Data-Driven Decisions: Partner with planners and supply chain managers to translate business needs into robust data analytics solutions. Data Integrity: Ensure data quality and accessibility by collaborating with data engineering and implementing rigorous validation processes. Product Innovation: Contribute to the design and development of scalable analytics products, participating in design reviews and driving continuous improvement. Process Optimization: Identify and address performance gaps in supply chain processes, recommending and implementing data-driven solutions. Technological Advancement: Leverage Power BI, Python, and SQL to create interactive dashboards and reports, and explore cloud-based data platforms (Azure/Snowflake). SAP Expertise: Utilize your knowledge of SAP MM and BW to extract and analyze critical supply chain data. What Youll Bring: Bachelor s degree in supply chain, Operations Management, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field (advanced degree preferred). 6-12 years of experience in supply chain analytics, planning, or consulting. Proven proficiency in Power BI, Python, and SQL. Strong working knowledge of SAP MM and BW. Analytical powerhouse with exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. (Preferred) ASCM CSCP/CPIM certifications.
