Your Impact in Role Strategic Vision Execution: Shape Uber s game plan for India SA by aligning strategy with regional teams while maintaining a hands-on approach to troubleshooting city-level challenges and identifying optimization opportunities. Scaling Process Excellence: Drive large-scale initiatives with a focus on implementing scalable processes and best practices that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency. Stakeholder Leadership: Influence and rally cross-functional business and functional teams toward shared goals, ensuring alignment and measurable impact Project Management Expertise: Lead multiple high-impact, complex projects independently, delivering long-term business results Creative Problem-Solving: Approach challenges with a solution-driven mindset, leveraging innovation to drive efficiency and unlock new opportunities. The Experience You ll Bring ---- Basic Qualifications ---- At least 7 years of experience in management consulting, operations, strategy, sales, or analytics, with a proven track record of driving impactful business outcomes. Minimum 3 years in a senior leadership role, influencing high-stakes decisions and shaping strategic direction. Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives, navigating complexity to deliver measurable results. Experience managing and mentoring teams, including direct leadership of 2-3 managers, fostering high performance and growth. ---- Preferred Qualifications ---- Proven experience in incubating and scaling programs, from conceptualization (0 to 1) to full-scale execution and expansion (1 to 10). Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage, influence, and align senior leadership on strategic initiatives. Strong track record of collaborating with Product and Tech teams, driving tailored solutions that directly impact program success and business outcomes. Demonstrated success in leading high-performing sales teams in fast-paced, high-volume environments, consistently delivering strong results.
