We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Finance & Bookkeeping Specialist to join our finance team in Bengaluru. This role is essential in maintaining the integrity of our financial operations by accurately recording and reconciling transactions. You will collaborate closely with our finance and administrative teams to manage day-to-day financial tasks and support broader financial strategies, ensuring compliance with accounting standards and local regulations. Key Responsibilities: Financial Transaction Management: Record and maintain daily financial transactions in our accounting system, ensuring precision and timely updates. Process invoices, vendor payments, and expense claims in accordance with company policies and procedures. Reconciliation & Reporting: Conduct regular bank reconciliations and ledger reviews to ensure consistency between internal records and external statements. Assist in preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, highlighting trends and variances for management review. Accounts Management: Monitor accounts receivable to ensure timely collections and manage accounts payable to maintain positive vendor relationships.
