We are looking for a seasoned L&D professional in Tyger Capital to design, develop and deliver training program that drive business results. If you have a passion for learning, a Knack for communication and experience in the NBFC sector, Come and join us. Requirements : 5-10 years of experience in L&D preferably in the NBFC sector. Proven track record of developing and delivering successful training programs. Excellent communication, facilitation and project management skills. Proficiency in multiple languages. Must be from the Training and development in the HR function Content Development Job Responsibility: 1. Training Delivery & management : Design & Deliver training programs, which includes content & data management. 2. Monitoring and Evaluation : Monitor & evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and key performance indicators (KPIs). Use evaluation results to continuously improve training content, methods and delivery 3. Stakeholder Engagement : Work closely with department heads, HR, and senior management to understand training needs and align training programs with organizational objectives 4. Regulatory Compliance : Ensure training programs comply with legal and regulatory requirements Department: L&D | HR Role: Training Manager Designation: Asst.
